SCALEFest2026

SCALE Fest is the international short-term rental conference and festival, taking place 24–25 October 2026 at the World Trade Center, Barcelona. It brings together 400+ professional property managers from across the world for two full days of education, peer-to-peer networking and festival-format experiences. Part conference, part festival. 100% SCALE.

SCALE Fest is exclusively for short-term rental property managers and operators managing 10 or more units. Every attendee ticket is reserved for operators only. If you run a short-term rental business, this is your event.

A few things set it apart. The event is entirely dedicated to short-term rental managers and hosts, which changes the quality of the conversations you'll have. This is the event where you'll learn from your peers and connect with operators who face the same challenges in business as you. - Speakers are chosen on merit and are prohibited from pitching on stage - The agenda is shaped by the SCALE community

Global CEO panels, scaling journeys from operators, book direct and AI strategies and implementation, building brands, guest experience workshops, regulatory clinics, peer-to-peer matchmaking, wellness kick-starts and Women in STR networking, and much more. The programme runs across two full days with multiple session formats designed to go deeper than a 30 minute keynote. View the agenda for the latest updates.

No. SCALE Fest is an international event. Operators attend from across Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and beyond. The STRyder Cup session specifically brings US and European operators together to compare notes on operating realities.

Connection and Festival Pass holders are matched with other attendees before the event based on their business profile, goals and superpowers. You arrive in Barcelona with the right conversations already in your calendar.

Full video recordings of all auditorium sessions are available to Connection and Festival Pass holders after the event. All attendees receive speaker slides.

Yes. Two food trucks will be on site, serving Asian and Mexican food. Both food trucks, as well as the Festival Pass catered lunch, offer vegan options. What you can eat and how you pay depends on your pass. See "Does my attendee ticket include food?" for the details.

It depends on your pass: - **Education Pass:** lunch is not included. You can order any dish you like at the food trucks, with no restrictions, paid at the food truck. - **Connection Pass:** 2 red food tokens per person, valid at either food truck (Asian or Mexican). - **Festival Pass:** private catered lunch every day from 13:00 to 14:00, plus breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. - **Speakers and sponsors:** same conditions as the Connection Pass. The Golden Hour is our networking moment at the end of each day. On Saturday it runs from 16:00 to 18:30 and includes the post-conference drinks, which you can enjoy with your drink tokens. On Sunday it runs from 16:30 to 17:30. Drink tokens are only valid on Saturday. Post-event drinks and networking are included with the Education, Connection and Festival Passes. It's the easiest moment to follow up with the people you met during the day.

Both are small-group formats built for real conversations rather than listening to a stage. Huddles run from 14:00 to 14:50 on both Saturday and Sunday. Roundtable access depends on your pass: 1 roundtable with the Education Pass, 2 with the Connection Pass and multiple with the Festival Pass.

SCALE is a ticketless conference, so no ticket is attached to your confirmation email and none will be sent closer to the date. Log in to your SCALE Account and go to **My SCALE > My Tickets**. Completing your profile is required to access your badge and the Companion App. Connection and Festival Pass holders also get express entry. If something isn't working, write to [email protected].

Attendee passes are reserved for short-term rental operators. The Pro Pass is exclusively for industry experts and is strictly not for service providers selling a service. If you provide products or services to operators and want to be at SCALE Fest, contact [email protected] to talk about sponsorship options.

On top of everything in the Connection Pass, the Festival Pass (limited to 100 tickets) includes: - Breakfast and a private catered lunch on Saturday and Sunday - VIP Lounge access on Saturday and Sunday, 10:00-17:00 - VIP welcome bag - 5 white drink tokens, assigned at check-in (valid on Saturday only)

No further tokens are given during the conference, and tokens are not for sale.
